je suis nullissime en blast, mais je te conseillerais d'abord des étirements, la pratique des "Snap up" très lentement, puis le travail autour des Moeller, histoire de faire travailler les doigts et d'utiliser le rebond, sans ça tu vas cramper grave; si ta baguette glisse c'est que ta pince (grip) est défectueuse; ça se travaille tranquillou à part;
