il y a de bien belles batteries qui sont passées sous tes baguettes

j'aime beaucoup les Signia, vraiment de superbes batteries
j'ai testé une Genista il n'y a pas longtemps, ça envoie bien comme batterie, mais peut être un peu "froide" pour moi

Je conviens - j'apprécie pour jouer les deux mais j'ai eu un kit de Genista pour 18 ans puis l'ai vendu et j'ai regretté ma décision. Le Signia est plus chaud mais beaucoup de mon jeu est par des microphones ainsi je compense avec le mélange.

Sadly, I sold that kit - it just could't keep up with modern stuff.

I played around Oxford, London, Reading then moved to London for a few years before settling in Berkshire. In 1986 I moved back to my home turf - Sunderland.

Wow, How did we miss each other?

I seemed to be everywhere between Guildford & USAAF Upper Heyford, then Swindon, The Crawdaddy Club in Reading as far east as Hemsby Holiday camp on 'The Broads'.

I 'did' The Roundhouse and even bought my Ludwigs from Pan Musical Instruments in Wardour Street..... down from Marquee.

I rest in Poitiers, center of the world, but I happen to go to Lorient once or twice a year;

I saw Jeff Beck at the Roundhouse; veeeeery professional; I used to go back to France with a big bundle of Rose Morris (Selmer) hickory sticks and stage shirts and trousers from the Tottenham Court Road summer sales;

funny enough!
